  1. Where's my pin code? Your 4 digit pin code for the Watchpat 1 is included in your paperwork shipped with the testing unit.
  2. What if I don't have my paperwork? We also email the pin code to the email you provided when you placed the order. The email may be in your spam folder if it isn't in your inbox.
  3. How do I return the Watchpat? The Watchpat is disposable, after you finish the test you can just throw it away.
  4. Can I use my insurance to pay for this? We do not accept any insurance for payment. If you want to use your insurance for the home sleep test, we recommend you call your local hospital and speak to them about their home sleep testing options.
  5. Do you have a payment plan? Yes, you can make payments through Afterpay.

Getting a home sleep test is as easy as walking in our door or ordering online through our website.  Unfortunately we do not process any insurance for the home sleep test. You can submit a claim to your insurance carrier for any out of pocket expenses you make.
