WatchPAT home sleep test device has 2 points of contact design makes it easy to use. Simply prepare for sleep as you normally do. Just before you go to bed;
- Strap on the WatchPAT home sleep apnea test bracelet to your non-dominate hand
- Slip on the finger probe.

The WatchPat One requires the use of the WatchPat app on your phone. You would have to install the WatchPat app on your phone prior to performing the test.
Your phone will need to be plugged in with the WatchPat app turned on, and beside you during the test. The WatchPat connects to your phone using a Bluetooth signal.
